In May and June, I’ll be touring around Ireland teaching the method in Dublin, Cork, Mayo and Kerry. Now, is your change to learn how to improve your health, happiness and strength one breath at a time.

We need some stress in order to grow. But, unfortunately, many of us are under far too much stress and the cracks are starting to show. That’s why I’ve launched this new workshop.

There were only a few brave souls there, waiting. Then, the fire was lit. And the crowd started to arrive. We started to breathe deeply and profoundly. It was magical.

Every weekday in August, starting Wednesday 1 August, I will be at the Forty Foot in Dublin at 6am. I’ll be doing Wim Hof Method breathing and then jumping into the sea for a dip. Everyone is welcome to come and join me.
