Breathwork Training - Level One (in-person)

Thank you so much for booking your place on this training!

Please read carefully through all the essential information below, including your homework.

Let’s get started…

Homework

So, to prepare for that, you have some homework. That includes:

  • Taking 10 minutes every day to enjoy some breathwork (more on that below)

  • And to read my best-selling book “The Blissful Breath

Daily practise…

I have created a mini online course for you. Within that, is your homework. That includes daily breathing sessions that are 10 minutes long. All you have to do, is:

  • Log into the online course (details below)

  • Click the relevant day

  • Breathe-along with the recording

  • Most importantly, enjoy the breathing!

When you access the course (which is built in Kajabi), you’ll see the first week of breathing sessions. Then, the second week, etc, etc. And so on.

Some people have signed up months before the training so will have loads of time to complete the homework. Some people will sign up a few days before the training. No worries at all. Just do as much as you can. No worries at all 🙂

Finding us in the hotel

As you enter the grounds of the hotel, there is a sign with a few options on it. Drive towards the reception. Around the reception area, you will find loads of parking. The entrance to the hotel isn’t very clear.

So, here’s a photo of Josie at the entrance - so you know where to go!

Take a left when you enter the hotel and follow the signs for the WB Yeats room. We’ll see you there!

If you have any questions, please contact Josie (she answers her emails far quicker than me!) josie@breathewithniall.com
