Now, you and I can work together one-on-one in private coaching sessions. There are a limited number of these special sessions available. They are an opportunity for me to provide you with whatever guidance, teaching and support you need to fulfil your potential.

Benefits of us working together:

We all have to perform. Whether that is at home, work , on stage or in some other arena. What performance are you looking to improve?

Breathing, the cold and meditation

Deepen your understanding, and enjoy longer-lasting benefits from your breathing, cold and meditation practices. Make them an integral part of your day.

Turn your passion into your profession

Write best-selling books, launch your podcast, get your message out there, as you learn to turn your passion into your profession.

There are many more ways you can benefit from us working together.

Niall was great and really reassuring. The coaching has given me tactics for training in cold water and taught me how to switch my focus onto what’s important.

Details

These powerful sessions are one hour long.

They take place on Zoom. Or, in-person, if you can make it to south county Dublin (in or around Booterstown, Blackrock).

The sessions always involve breathing, as it’s the most effective way to improve our internal state. We can also focus on whatever is needed to get you where you want to go. Example: ice baths, meditation, planning, movement, cacao ceremonies and much more.

These sessions are a chance for you and I to work directly together.

Each session costs €250.

This is an important investment in you.

To book your session now, please email Josie (our operations guru) and she will organise everything.

And I hope to see you soon,

Níall
