The app is accessed through a monthly subscription of €12. You have full control of your subscription and can cancel it at any time with no hidden charges nor strings attached.

My name is Níall and I will be guiding you through all the breathing sessions in the app. I spend most of my waking hours thinking about, practising, teaching and writing about breathing. I’ve spent most of my adult life helping people to improve their health, feel calmer and more open and loving. I’m a:
