I woke up today feeling refreshed. My body felt light and loose. My mind felt clear. 

But, I used to wake up and everything was different. I used to wake up and I'd feel exhausted. My body felt tight and worn-down. My mind was cluttered and chaotic. 

Then, I created a daily breathing practice. That transformed me. It transformed everything. So, I made this video for you to help you do the same.
