#WimRise this weekend was incredible. There was a massive crowd of amazing people. 

There were only a few brave souls there, waiting. Then, the fire was lit. And the crowd started to arrive. We started to breathe deeply and profoundly. It was magical. 

Weekly Wim Hof Method classes are starting on 1 September and will take place every Saturday at 6pm in Booterstown, Dublin.
