Cacao + cold ❄️
It started like this:
A great friend of mine Brendan McGurgan sent me a link.
In it, an acclaimed scientist, and herbal expert, Simon Mills was talking on the Diary of a CEO podcast about the medicinal super-powers of dark chocolate. In the clip, Simon talked about how dark chocolate can massively improve our brain, gut and heart health.

The discussion then moved to how dark should the chocolate be? Very. And then the conversation moved to the purest of dark chocolate - cacao.
This is where things get really interesting. Not only does cacao improve our heart health, the circulation of blood around the body increases gently. That makes us feel relaxed, meditative, open and even more loving.
This is why I drink ceremonial cacao most days. It helps me feel great.
This is why we also include it in our events.

I get all of that.
